Kill all negative thoughts and give space to positive thoughts in your mind


We all know that developing a positive mindset is the toughest thing one can do. And once it is inbuilt in our mind that it stays for a long time. According to a survey it is found that in a day around 60,000 thoughts comes in human mind and in that approx 59,990 thoughts are the same as the previous day.

And these thoughts are the combination of both negative and positive thoughts, where as most of the people do carry negative thoughts more than the positive one. This is the basic thing which we all have to learn from our life. That we should replace one bad thought with a positive thought, initially it is very difficult to have a control on this but daily practice it can help us a lot to live our life in a different way.


In time, all bad emotions will vanish like anger, resentment, depression, doubt and fear. We will also gain confidence and will learn more things in our life. This is not an overnight process and will take time. So be patient with this process. Time is the biggest helper that you can have on our side when you institute a change in your life.
